Accommodation includes Room & Breakfast except some budget hotels which are on room only basis (check details at individual hotels) and are inclusive of all current applicable hotel taxes and inclusive of Government Service Tax Charges as applicable. Any changes to these taxes will be charged directly to the clients on their checkout. All accommodation have to be booked through Orbitz to enable avail of these special rates and need to be paid in full in advance.

Booking / Payment Procedures :
a) All booking should be guaranteed with a Advance Payment as blow:
- For the booking made 60 days before the event one night payment has be at the time of booking and balance to be paid before 45 days of check in.
- For bookings made with in 45 days of the date of arrival, 100% advance should be paid within 3 working days of making booking.
b) The Cheques or Demand Drafts / Swift Transfer are to be drawn in favour of Orbitz Corporate & Leisure Travels (I) Pvt. Ltd. payable in Mumbai as per the details given. The payments in the form of cheques would be subject to realization and only after realization, further action would be taken. We also accept payments by Credit Card and online payment through our website. On receipt of your payment we would confirm the arrangements and it would depend totally upon availability of the at that time. We do not take any responsibility of any availability committed to you prior to the confirmation of the booking accommodation.
c) The hotel voucher would be prepared only after the full and final payment is received.
d) We would not be responsible for any delay or shortcomings if the payments are delayed and have not been received to our office in time.
e) Cheques will not be accepted for reservations wherein arrival date is less than 7 working days.
f) Conversation rate of 1 USD is INR 46 OR Rate of the day which ever is higher.

Amendments :
In case of amendments like change in the travel date or change of hotel , the cancellation charges would apply.

Refund And Cancellations :
All the cancellations and amendments are to be intimated to our offices in writing or else they would not be entertained

Liability And Responsibility :
We are travel organizers only. We do not control or operate car or Coach Company, hotel, transport, airline or any other facility or service mentioned. We take care in selecting all ingredients in your stay; but because we only select and inspect them and have no control in the running of them, we cannot be responsible for any injury, death, loss or damage which is caused by the act or default of the management or employees of an independent contractor arising outside our normal selection and inspection process.

All Terms & Conditions as per Orbitz Corporate & Leisure Travels (I) Pvt. Ltd.. Consumer Disclosure Notice will apply subject to jurisdiction of Mumbai Court only.
Package rates valid during the particular event only & subject to change without prior notice.
Any overstay expenses due to delay or change or cancellation or amendment in hotel, flight, train, road, will be on your own & Orbitz Corporate & Leisure Travels (I) Pvt. Ltd. will not be held liable for such expenses. However we will provide, assistance to the best of our abilities.
Hotel Check - In & Check - Out time would be 1200 hrs generally, unless otherwise specified.
